In the months after receiving iPads from our Leadership Team, our entire staff searched for the best apps to increase productivity and help us work more efficiently. We’ve gone back and forth over our personal favorite apps and thought we’d share our top seven:

1.  Evernote

Evernote is a favorite amongst the Standing Partnership team. The app is our team’s go-to for taking notes and creating to do lists. You can easily create notebooks to store notes, which automatically sync with all of your devices. Some of our favorite functions are adding images to our notes, recording audio and sharing notes with team members.

 2.    Flipboard or Feedly

Our team has an ongoing debate about which of these great apps they prefer. Both apps aggregate content that matters to you and store it in one place for you to view when it is convenient for your schedule.

 3.    Dropbox

Dropbox provides an easy way to sync documents across multiple devices. The app is available for download on your iPhone and iPad, as well as your computer. Dropbox enables you to preview, edit and save files from any of these devices as well as share folders for multiple users to access. Not only is Dropbox very user-friendly, but it also makes it easier to access files you need from anywhere!

 4.    CardMunch

CardMunch turns business cards into contacts. All you have to do is take a picture of a business card, and it will be converted to a contact automatically. Once converted to a contact, you can easily forward the contact to other contact lists including Microsoft Outlook and G-Mail. The app will even show LinkedIn profiles and connections.

 5.    Penultimate

Penultimate is an easy-to-use handwriting app. You can use your index finger or a stylus to write in notebooks. This app is more environmentally friendly than traditional paper notebook and syncs with the entire Evernote family of apps.

 6.    AirDisplay

Whether you’re traveling or you could just use a second monitor, AirDisplay turns your iPad into a second screen. AirDisplay can be used as an extension of your screen or to mirror your computer’s screen.

 7.    SignEasy

Easily download files, add your signature and resave the file without having to collect signatures in person. SignEasy makes it possible to go paperless for signing documents and be more efficient!

Are there any apps that you strongly recommend? In the comments below, we’d love for you to share the apps you’ve found that help make your job and life more efficient!
